About us

The Housing Solutions for Independent Living (HS4IL) project aims to identify and take stock of relevant experiences and practices, highlighting the contribution of digital technologies in the housing environment. These technologies serve as a lever and catalyst for promoting autonomy, independent living, self-determination, and social participation for persons with disabilities.

The focus of the project is on identifying relevant technologies and strategies that support and assist people with special needs, as well as developing a methodology (Living Lab) to foster co-productive progress in this sector.

The activities carried out will also lead to the development of co-constructed guidelines for the implementation of the identified technologies, as well as tools and associated support practices.
